Mr Ayo-Kasumu is a 2014 graduate of the Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England. He has worked with the New Media Law LLP London, UK as an assisted solicitor working on digital technology, software development, intellectual property, media and competition law, and barristers on litigation.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 and after undertaking national service with the CLP Legal in 2018, he commenced legal practice in Lagos with Bema Seamless International Limited where he garnered a great deal of practical experience in Tech. Law and Regulatory & Compliance (part of legal team for fin-tech CBN license). He has since joining our firm continued to develop his skills in the field of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. More recently, his area of practice concentration is on media & telecommunications, energy & mining, public private partnerships, property, startups & SMEs, hospitality & tourism, commercial and corporate law related and in particular intellectual property.
