Founder and Managing Partner
KEHINDE AYO-KASUMU is the founder and principal partner of the firm.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he is a 1985 combined-honours graduate in Law & Politics of the University of Keele in Staffordshire, England and has over 36 years of composite experience in legal practice, having initially gained five years of early work experience at two foremost law firms in Lagos, Nigeria.
In 1994, he was appointed a Notary Public for Nigeria by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Since founding the firm in 1991, he has specialised in real property and conveyancing, infrastructure project finance, housing and real estate development, the administration of personal estates, foreign direct and overseas investment especially within Africa, to state a few.
As a consultant to a number of foreign trading concerns and investors, he regularly advises on the legal incidents of African trade and business development from the preparation of feasibility proposals, to management and expansion.
He is happily married with children.

One key area of his professional focus has been devising ingenious contractual structures for the perfection of commercial instruments for clientele. His other areas of practice include natural resource exploitation and development, energy, secured corporate finance, project finance and alternative dispute resolution.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Institute of Directors and both the Nigerian and the International Bar Associations. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Lagos, District 9110 and remains a committed Rotarian till date.
